• All Plumbing fixtures are Moen faucets with lifetime guarantee

• Structural wiring options (intercom, speakers, surround sound, internet)

• Security systems

• 14 Seer Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) units

• Radiant barrier roof decking (Tech shield)

• 12-2 wiring throughout

• In wall blocking for cabinets, towel bars, pot racks, and etc...

• Third party Quality Assurance (QA) inspections

• Engineered slab foundations (conventional, crawl space, pier and beam, etc.)

• Ridge vents, air vent attic systems

• Extended Warrantees

• Optional Central Vacuum Systems (wet or dry)
