 Windsor Custom Homes was established in 1998.   

 

Randy Dawson, 43, President, has been in the construction industry for nearly 25 years.  Randy has worked in every trade discipline (mason, plumbing, carpentry, etc...) in both residential and commercial construction.  Randy started Windsor Custom Homes with the belief that customer communication and an  attention to detail are a winning formula for a successful home building company.       

 

David Branch, 37, Vice President, has been in the construction industry for 15 years in both industrial and residential construction and remodeling.  David has managed construction projects from $20K to $20MM in the both United States and South America.  David got his start in residential construction at the age of 16 working for a major home builder in the North Houston area. David holds a BS degree Ocean Engineering and a MS in Mechanical Engineering.            

 

Michael Hughes, 32, Construction Manager, has been in the residential construction industry for 12 years.  Michael brings a knowledge of residential home building that is second to no one.  He began framing homes at the age of 20 and has built and remodeled countless homes in both the Houston and Dallas areas.
